We encourage our customers to check the address is correct on your order before placing it.

Once your order has been placed, we endeavor to get it to you as soon as possible, therefore we will be unable to make any changes to your order or the delivery address.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation including your shipping details and tracking number.

If you ordered multiple items, your order may have been sent in two or more separate parcels. Please check your emails to see if you were sent multiple tracking numbers.

The best way to see this is if the email subject is "Your first parcel is on the way". If this is the case you should have received multiple emails and will have multiple parcels on the way.

Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

We ship all international orders delivery duties unpaid (DDU), which means any fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient.

Unfortunately these fees are beyond our control, and we are unable to cover them for our customers.
