Our wholesale policy is pretty simple really.

The following terms and conditions of sale are provided here to enhance your enjoyment of our products.

1. All orders will be pre-paid via Electronic Transfer, Credit Card or Pay Pal.
2. If you prefer to use either Credit Card or PayPal, we are happy to do so for a 5% surcharge. We take all major credit cards, including American Express. 
3. If for any reason you decide to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation outside of this time will incur a cancellation fee of 40% of the value of the order if work has already commenced.

Minimum Order:

30 pieces, depending on collection

Freight and Delivery Charges:

1. All deliveries will incur a delivery charge and every endeavor will be made to keep this additional charge to a minimum.
2. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for interstate or overseas delivery unless in stock.

Return Policy:

ALL WHOLESALE ORDERS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Discounts:

At times, we will promote items for a percentage off or a reduced shipping rate to our retail customers.  These offers do NOT apply to wholesale orders. Coupon Codes for these offers cannot be used by a wholesale customer.

Other Points of Interest:

1. We ship anywhere in the world.
2. If you order a number of items and if an item is required to be on backorder, we will ship all other items ship the remainder at a later date. 
3. We use the registered service through DHL Express. At any time, please email us for your tracking number so we can trace your order. 
4. Unless you contact us to specify that you want to pay for insurance, packages are by default uninsured and unfortunately we cannot assume liability for loss.
